Delivery & Returns Policy

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery will be charged at £2.95 for the UK and £5.95 for the rest of the world. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class and will normally be dispatched within 24hrs, but could take up to 7 working days to arrive.

Please Note: All delivery times are subject to stock availability. If your item has to be made or altered to order and we are unable to despatch your order within our standard 7 day delivery period, we will contact you to discuss your delivery date and time.  Delivery times are extended over bank holidays, and may be lengthened as a result of any factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions.

FRAUD PROTECTION

Sadly, fraudulent transactions do sometimes occur.  For our clients’ and Dalbeg Design’s protection, we may occasionally contact you by phone or email to request additional proof of identity before we dispatch your order. RETURNS POLICY

You can return your order if you change your mind, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving your jewellery and return it within a further 14 days. Please contact us by emailing info@dalbeg-design.co.uk or by phoning 07968 334356 as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

We hope anything you purchase reaches you in perfect condition.  If, however, items are damaged in transit or are faulty, please contact us immediately so we can advise you on what to do. We cannot accept returns for items which have been altered, re-sized or engraved. Please return the jewellery using the original packaging.

A refund for an online order can be requested within 14 days of dispatch, and an exchange can be requested within 30 days of dispatch.  Please note that items where hygiene factors apply, such as earrings, cannot be returned.

Please contact us using info@dalbeg-design.co.uk or phone us on 07968 334356, and we will email a Returns Label for you to attach to your original packaging. 

Please include in the email:

  • Your contact number
  • The reason for returning the jewellery
  • A photograph of the jewellery or packaging which is damaged

Please package goods with care.  For your benefit and for security, we recommend that you send the goods using Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This will ensure that the goods are insured while in transit, and will also provide proof of delivery.  Unfortunately, Dalbeg Design will not cover the cost of postage and cannot be held responsible for any items lost while in transit to us.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT JEWELLERY

Once we have received the package, we will carefully examine the returned goods.  If the goods are damaged in transit or are faulty, or if an incorrect item has been supplied, we will replace the item or refund the cost, including postage.  (This only applies provided you have notified us within 30 days from date of purchase). At the discretion of our management, and for hygiene reasons, we can only replace earrings that have not been worn.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
